Halil Zahiri

Halil Zahir is a Judge in the General Department - Civil Division, once the head of the Division of the Basic Court in Gjilan. He graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Prishtina in 1983, and completed the bar exam in 2002. And  since 2000 began working as a professional associate in the Municipal Court in Gjilan until 2010. He then took over as Judge the Municipal Court in Gjilan, work that he carried two years. While the beginning of 2013 began working as a Judge in the General Department of the Basic Court in Gjilan, a position which he still holds. In addition to experience in Court, Judge Zahir worked as secretary of the organization ,, Pogragja-Agricultural Cooperative '' in 1984 where he stayed a year. From 1991 until 1996 he was head of the legal service NTP ,, Echoes' in Gjilan.
