Working under the management of the Gjilan Basic Court, Supervisory Judge Zijadin Spahiu and Assistant Administrator Lulavere Basha lead a team of 3 judges and 28 administrative staff. 

This court hears cases categorized in the General Department, which handles most criminal, civiland minor offence cases. Approximately 800 cases are filed in the Kamenice/a branch each year. 

Serious Crimes cases and cases related to juveniles are heard at the Basic Court.
