Ilmi Dalipi

Ilmi Dalipi is a judge at the department for serious crimes at Basic Court in Gjilan. Judge Dalipi graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Prishtina in 1976, while he completed the jurisprudence exam three years later. He completed his professional practice at District Court in Gjilan during 1977-1979. He joined the judicial system the same year by starting working as a judge at the Municipal Offence Court in Gjilan, where he worked until 1981. From 1981 to 1983, he moved to the Municipal Court in Gjilan. In 1983, Dalipi was appointed as a judge at the District Court, which position he held for 10 years. Besides his work at the court, from 1993 to 1999 he also worked as a lawyer. He returned to his duty as a judge in 2000 at the District Court, where he stayed until 2012. Recently, Dalipi was appointed as a judge at the department for serious crimes at Basic Court in Gjilan on 01.01.2013, which position he continues to hold.
