Berat Spahiu

Mr. Sc. Berat  Spahiu  is Judged overall department - Civil Division in  Basic Court Gjilan  . He graduated in 1986 from the Law Faculty of the University of Pristina, and the  bar exam fineshed  in 2002. Professional Practice held in Kamenica Municipal Court in 2001-2002. Spahiu also worked as a Lawyer in the period from 2002 to 2010. While in the same year was appointed as a Judge in the Municipal Court in Gjilan, where he worked until the date 31.12.2012. From January 2013, he was appointed as a Judge in the General Department position which still holds.
