Working under the management of the Gjilan Basic Court, Supervisory Judge Skender Shefkiu and Assistant Administrator Albert Zejnullahu lead a team of 7 judges and 32 administrative staff.

This court hears cases categorized in the General Department, which handles most criminal, civil and minor offence cases. Approximately 1600 cases are filed in the Viti/Vitina branch each year. 

Serious Crimes cases and cases related to juveniles are heard at the Basic Court.
